Terms of Service
Welcome to 2THEWOLF. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing the platform, or interacting with any platform feature, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all incorporated policies, including the WolfCoin Rules.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.
The platform does not contract with minors.
Accounts Featuring Minor Performers
Creator accounts that feature a minor (under 18 years of age) as an on-screen personality or performer must be registered and controlled by a legally competent adult (18 years or older) or by a legally recognized business entity formed and controlled by a legally competent adult.
The registering adult or entity must provide documentation sufficient to verify identity and authority, including government-issued photo identification and documentation demonstrating legal authority to act on behalf of any associated business entity.
All responsibility for compliance with applicable child labor laws, trust account requirements, tax reporting obligations, and related regulatory requirements rests solely with the registering adult or entity.
The platform may, at its sole discretion, request additional documentation or conduct additional verification. Nothing in this section creates a duty to monitor, pre-screen, or continuously review such accounts.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.
You agree to immediately notify the platform of any suspected unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and not to misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access.
5. WolfCoin
The platform provides access to a closed-loop digital unit known as WolfCoin (“WC”). All WolfCoin activity is governed by the WolfCoin Rules, which are incorporated by reference.
By purchasing, holding, redeeming, or interacting with WolfCoin, you agree to be bound by those Rules.
6. Payments, Fees & Provisional Transactions
Transactions may be processed through third-party providers. Convenience fees and service fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Transactions may remain provisional for fraud review, chargeback resolution, or risk management as outlined in the WolfCoin Rules.
7. Platform Authority & Continuity
The platform may modify features, pricing mechanisms, access requirements, security safeguards, and economic structures to preserve system integrity and sustainability.
No court, arbitrator, or claimant shall impose structural changes, platform-wide mandates, or alterations to economic architecture. Any relief granted shall be limited solely to the individual claimant.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2THEWOLF shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Total aggregate liability shall not exceed Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00 USD) per user within any fifty (50) year period.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 2THEWOLF from claims, damages, liabilities, and legal fees arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first require written notice delivered by USPS certified mail OR a nationally recognized courier who uses certified service. Any uncertified service shall not constitute legal notice.
Claims must be brought within six (6) months of the alleged event. Failure to comply shall result in dismissal without prejudice.
A forty-five (45) day notice period is required before initiating arbitration. An additional seven (7) days shall be added to allow confirmation of delivery receipt.
Arbitration shall be conducted through the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and governed by its commercial arbitration rules. Hearings may occur remotely.
Venue for small claims actions shall be limited exclusively to Thomas County, Georgia. Remote attendance may be permitted subject to court approval.
Discovery shall be limited strictly to matters directly related to the claimant’s individual dispute. Platform-wide discovery or structural review is prohibited.
Proceedings and outcomes shall remain confidential except as required by law.
If the platform prevails, the claimant shall be responsible for reasonable filing and defense costs as permitted by law. If the claimant prevails, the platform shall bear its own costs.
In the event of an adverse arbitration ruling, the parties agree to mutually avoid direct contact and future business interaction.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Modifications
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version.
